ND Energy is under contract with your building to read the meters, prepare the bills and collect from the occupants.
Thank you for choosing ND Energy. We look forward to fulfilling your energy management needs. On this page, you will find forms that will help you start your journey to realizing energy efficiencies and cost savings within your property.
Every month, your personal meters for electricity, water, and gas are read, and an invoice is sent based on your individual usage. Keep this invoice, it contains essential information to help you make your payment. We recommend signing up for e-billing which will provide more insights on your energy usage that can help you realize further cost savings.
For convenient monthly payments, sign up for pre-authorized payments (PAP) by filling out the PAP Agreement form . Once signed up, we will automatically charge your account for the amount owed monthly, ensuring you will never miss a payment.
To make a payment through one of our many payment options, you will need your account number and access code. Your account number can be found on the top-right of your bill, while your access code will be in the center of your bill. Please plan for your first invoice to arrive 6-8 weeks after your move-in date.
How to View Your Account and Bill
ND Energy Portal
The purpose of the portal is for you to obtain online access to your account and utility consumption trends.
Step 1
Complete the New Owner Customer Service Agreement and submit a PAP form if you would like your account setup for automatic billing.
Step 2
After you receive your first bill, register your account online at https://mybill.ndenergyinc.com or by clicking the “Login” button a the top-right of this page and following the “Register one” link.
Step 3
You will be able to login after registration. Your username is the email you registered with, and your access code is located near the center of your invoice.
Make your payments on time to avoid late fees. Interest is charged at a rate of 1.5% per month.
